I believe that I read somewhere in the past that WebHelpDesk can be get free, but only for one user.
We never tried it, so I can't confirm if it is used only by one user, if all functions of the application is available.
This is correct for a long time it was free if you only had 1 tech, a license was required for additional techs. Also in free mode a few modules would stop working after 30 days , I think that included the Assets tab would disable. Not sure if this is still a current licensing option.
Yes. All the features you mentioned are free. The only caveat is, the free ticketing system is limited to a single user of Web Help Desk.
