Is it possible that I can create a hidden custom field which would auto-number the tickets?
I have a request type that tracks roadside assistance requests. One field is for the type of incident that occurred. It is a multiple choice field since some things are not mutually exclusive.
As an example, the choices are:
The problem I am getting is that when I generate a bar chart report on this field, the total I get will be more than the actual number of tickets/incidents that actually occurred since its a multiple choice field and more than one option can be ticked for one ticket.
What I want to achieve is to stack the bar chart by some unique value so it would give a visual representation of which options occurred together (for e.g a breakdown+tow). I thought to use the ticket number or creation time as that unique value but both are unavailable.
Is it possible that I can create a hidden custom field which would number the tickets?
