Dameware Crashing on Windows 7

Hi,

After a recent update to Windows 7 (the suspected update is KB4074598) our Dameware app crashes after being open for a few minutes.

Windows error logs show DWRCC.exe fails on ntdll.dll

Has anyone else come across this or a fix for it?

We're using Dameware 6.9.0.4

You try reinstall this DLL ?
Or better you open a ticket with solarwinds support.

That version is very old and unsupported. I cannot find any relevant info, how to solve this issue. Have you tried latest version of DameWare?

Old or not, whatever app you have on your computer, if it not able to get the resources it needs to run all its processes, it will be terminated by its host.
hope these tips are useful:
- download and install Windows 7 roll up update
- increase your computer's virtual memory
- uninstall the last update that made your dameware berserk
