Modify WDB Help Desk Request Form

Hello,

I open the request entry form. According to URL, the file (or code) is under folder Server/helpdesk/WebObjects/Helpdesk.woa/wo/.

I would just like to move one item to the very top of the form. However, I am not sure where I can find and modify the file (code)?

Please help.
