Help SolarWinds employees better understand your experience (and get some THWACK points, too!)

SolarWinds has started an initiative to make real customer experiences more accessible to all SolarWinds employees--from sales reps, developers, and people in finance, product management and marketing clear up to executives. As part of that initiative, we’re looking to create multiple short video and audio segments in which customers share real-life stories and anecdotes about evaluating, inheriting, configuring, upgrading, and optimizing your SolarWinds environment. Any steps from your initial touch up to having it running efficiently and how it adds value for you in your environment today are interesting to us to hear about. We’re imagining multiple very short segments on specific pieces of that journey that we can use internally only, never with external audiences, for training materials. For example, we might show short video clips on why customers initially bought SolarWinds as part of a sales training, or reference clips of customers talking about the pain of inheriting a poorly documented SolarWinds environment as part of a presentation to support or technical writers. We’re looking for customers like you who are willing to participate in creation of any pieces of those video and audio stories.  SolarWinds’ own Success Center diva Jennifer Kuvlesky and our video team can work with you on creating these clips remote over Skype and WebEx. No screen shots of products in your environment or other proprietary information need be filmed; this is really more about users talking about their experiences anywhere on the path from download/inherit to success with SolarWinds and how you got there.
