Hello All,
I am working on the SolarWinds ServiceNow integration using the SolarWinds Alert integration
I have following requirement
Incident will be reopened with Assigned state
My monitoring team will change it from Assigned to In Process, when anyone owns the ticket.
But it is keep on changing from In Process to Assigned state It shouldn't be updated from In Process state to Assigned state when somebody owns the Incident and working on it, How I can achieve this?
