Having implemented WHD and using tasks tomodelize workflow i do not find some information in the documentation
- using tasks mechanism how much time does the system take to create a new ticket that must created only when previous one has reached a specific status ? I have observe more or less 3 minutes, can someone confirm this timing ? can we reduce this ? 3 minutes is huge...
- is there by any way a method to merge the tickets from one task runtime in order to sent by the end of task (when the task is completed) an email with all the attachment, notes and such have the total time spend on the task ?
