      Hi everyone, I have a WHD customer that uses Office 365 Outlook for their incoming email. The problem is that emails are coming in to their inbox and are getting sent immediately to their deleted folder before WHD has a chance to process them. It does process some however, about 70% of all incoming emails fly by on their way to the deleted folder it seems that WHD has a chance to process them. The emails that get sent immediately to the deleted folds do so between 3 and 5 seconds and so WHD never creates a ticket. I have added the logs showing some pretty strange activity.  Has anyone ever seen this behavior?  Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
