we configured an alert to send a defined http post to our ticketing system in json format, and everything works, the ticket is created on even, BUT.
the response content is the ticket number on our ticketing system, can I see the response somewhere or take the response and create a custom property, an event in the message center or anything else just to see somewhere in Solarwinds a string like "ticket number 12345 was created" ?
