    Specify Ticket Number in Subject Field with Delimiters


      Hi all,


      Currently using WebHelpDesk as our ticketing system. We're trying to avoid clashes with other organization's ticketing systems by adding de-limiters to our ticket numbers, that way if they get pushed around the subject field the ticketing system can still identify them. Any direction on how this could be done? Thanks.
