System Error: 5 (-2147024891) - clarification needed please

Dear All:

Please shed light on the following error

Q: What are all the possible causes of a System Error: 5(-2147024891)as seen above?

Would it be credential authentication failed while connecting to the domain; ie the admin enter in incorrect password?

Or would it be a privilege on the AD that is missing; ie the particular admin has not been granted reset privilege?
