I cannot find the KBs for the life of me. The link that says it is for KB takes me to some general info page and when I search for a KB as recommended by diags I get nothing.
Please de-mystify the KB access.

When I run diags the output references KBs with links to the KB. All of those links are dead.
Maybe I a little dense but shouldn't your KBs be plainly listed under some sort of Knowledge Base header or Knowledge base page? Having them on a page with a bunch of stuff that is not KBs is not helpful.
All of the links under "Highest rated," "Recently updated," and "Recently added" on that page are KBs. But the Success Center contains over 9,000 KBs (almost 3,000 for NPM alone), so listing all of them probably wouldn't be helpful. Most people use the Search to find information about a specific topic. But if you're trying to follow a link to a specific KB and the link is broken, that needs to be fixed. Can you provide the link?
It's true that the Success Center contains KBs and other SolarWinds resources. It provides a central place where you can locate product information, whether the information is contained in a KB, release notes, product documentation, or a training video. Hope this helps.
