SolarWinds Quality of Experience

HI Team,

currently i am using NPM,NTA and SAM SL2000 license.

i have some questions to enable quality of experience feature of Orion.

1:any additional SolarWinds products will required to enable Quality of experience?

2:any additional License will required with existing products (NPM,NTA,SAM) to enable quality of experience feature ?

3:Quality of Experience Step by step installation procedure ?
