Try restarting the Information Service v3, and possibly the Orion Module Engine service.
Failing that, schedule a downtime and run the configuration wizard. May use that time to upgrade a few versions forward as well
I'll give that a try. I'm getting ready to upgrade to SAM 6.5 next week, so we'll see if that helps as well.
We have SAM 6.5 and Platform 2017.3.3 SP3, and it's still a thing...
