    How can we link the schedule part in our helpdesk ticket to the calendar?

      Hi Everyone,

       

      How can we link the schedule part in our helpdesk ticket to the calendar?

      Is there any way to make it automatic? Currently, when you create a ticket and you put it on schedule, you have to manually enter the schedule and reminder in the calendar?

      Is there any way that when we put it in our ticket, it get populated in calendar too?
