Need help on internet facing website monitoring

Hi All,

My team wants to monitor internet facing sites from a external network. (Note - We don't want to monitor this from our office network) this is something what Pingdom use to do.

But want to know is it possible to test those sites after passing through a credential. e.g - Test should go to https://www.example.com  and then login with some credential and after  it should redirect to  https://www.example.com/user/files.com .

Finally my question is - Is it possible to monitor a internet facing site with credential testing from a external server.

This use case is definitely feasible. There are some implications, depending on the redirection mechanism is used. Have you thought about downloading the eval to test it in real time?

I'm not sure what you mean by the external server related credentials. Can you elaborate?
