    Turning a client into a tech

      Hello there.   I am new to this but I don't see a way that I can add a client as a tech w/o adding all information that should have pulled in with the LDAP sync (First, last, email, password, etc).  SSO is enabled.   I see that I can link the accounts but I thought there might be a way to pull up the client and assign to 'tech'.  I see that I can assign them to rolls....am I missing something?

          That's how its done. You have to retype the username, name, email and link the client account. Its is sort of a fail since you already have to search for the client to link them that that should be the first field so it can pull the other fields automatically.
