In Office 365 there is a call quality dashboard that shows the quality of the user experience.
At this customer they have a lot of Skype calls and are subject to drops in quality and as a result staff are complaining about the usability of Skype.
Is there any way that we can get this information from the dashboard into Solarwinds?
Do the new Office 365 templates cover this information?
