Neighbor down alerts for neighbors that have been removed won't go away?

I'm having an issue with a bunch of my routers since we've changed ISP's. We migrated to a new ISP and I'm having a hard time trying to get the alerts for the old routing neighbor being down to go away. The neighbor doesn't even exist anymore in the router config. I've acknowledged the alerts, cleared the triggered instance, stopped monitoring routing neighbors on the device, etc. No matter what I do, when I clear the triggered instance, or reboot Orion, the alerts come back. Does anyone have any ideas on what I'm missing?
