    Can we view/edit the Solarwinds to ServiceNow integration configuration?


      I have recently enabled the Solarwinds to ServiceNow integration in my environment and while the Incident creation piece is working appropriately, we are having some issues with the "change state" settings. Upon further troubleshooting with our ServiceNow admins we have found some discrepancies related to some customization within our ServiceNow instance. I'm wondering if there is a way I can view how this integration works in the Solarwinds backend? Is there a configuration file that we can view/edit in order to try and fix the field mapping issues and incident state values?
