Report build in NPM

I have build a report in the NPM orion.

Now, I would like to get the data in the report for every month. Can someone guide me on this.

Is there a way to roll this report by location (California, Newyork, etc) ?

Easiest way would be to duplicate and edit the built-in report with conditional logic based on location - whether that's a custom property or normally-polled data is up to you.

In the report manager tab, choose 'Duplicate and Edit' your test report. While editing the duplicate, click 'edit' on the datasource on the Content screen. Here, you can either modify the SQL/SWQL to narrow the report by location, or you can choose a static source if you have already-defined locations.

How are you separating these by location? Are you using custom properties, or is there another field you can delimit the results with?

I am not using any of these. Can you guide on how to do this.
