Unfortunately, you are unable to obtain your SCP at the moment as the SCP Program is being redesigned by SolarWinds at the moment. They have gone though a BETA for the SCP as part of the development of the new SCP Program. I would just keep an eye out on Thwack for the announcement of its release.
