    Adding email content to tickets - what's your method?


      As a former Autotask user, one of my favorite things about it was the Outlook plug-in that converted an email to a note or time entry on an existing ticket.  Is there such a thing for WHD?  At this point, if I need to get something out of an email into a ticket, it's a copy/paste procedure.  How do you do it?
