Monitoring when a Linux password is about to expire

I am wondering if anyone has a monitor or knows of a monitor that will alert when a local Linux account password is going to expire? I am looking for something that will email an app owner and notify them that the app account is about to expire. (IE, an oracle account password is going to expire in 7 days and the admin hasnt logged in for a while).
