How can I completely uninstall Solarwinds Orion Network Performance Monitor v10.4 ?

Hi all,

I am a newbie to SolarWinds Orion Network Performance Monitor.

I installed the evaluation version of SolarWinds Orion Network Performance Monitor ver 10.4 on one testing server (Windows server 2003).

But I want to un-install all of Solarwinds Orion components from the testing server now.

How can I completely uninstall Solarwinds Orion Network Performance Monitor v10.4 as well as ALL of the related components ?

Should I only delete all of Solarwinds Orion related components from "Add/Remove Programs" ?

Regards,

Rock

  • After doing all the uninstalls from appwiz.cpl I did a search on my hard drive with everything unhid for everything SolorWinds and there were a "boat load" of residual files and folders. 20,000+ MB of space freed.

You may need to do the same.

The developers need to work on their uninstallation scrips to clean up hard drives. I shouldn't have to more or less reimage a system because their product doesn't uninstall.
