I followed the instructions in the Solarwinds document 'Set up NBAR2 on Cisco devices' for configuring my cisco device to use nbar. Here's the problem. if i select the 'last 1 hour' as the time frame, in the 'top 5 applications' graph, i get the message 'Error while loading legend' however, if i select the time frame as the last 24 hours (i set this up about 24 hours ago) i see the top 5 applications listed. does anyone have an explanation as to what is going on or advise as to correct? I would appreciate it.
Also, in the graph 'top 100 applications' i get 'data is not available'. any suggestions here? thanks.
