    Attachment upload via API and Licence


      We own an expired licence of WHD and presently use version 12.2.0. While setting up our product to create tickets via API, we stumbled on the attachment upload question which seems to be resolved in previous threads with a "workaround" coming from SolarWinds directly.

      This workaround says you need a valid licence to upload attachments. Is this correct ? Does it really mean that although I own the product and don't need the support and upgrades, an essential part of the solution cannot be used ? Or did I miss a point here ?
