    Change Management process not defined


      Hi All,


      We have been working on WHD for a while now and have implemented Change Process, however unable to differentiate between a Service Request or change as Change Requests are not categorized separately. Is there a possibility to have Ticket Type as Change Request like we have Incident, Service request and Problem?
