    Client Reminders


      Hi all. I have a status type set to send client reminders. I also have the priority type set to send reminders at 24 hour intervals. It does not seem to be working. Does anyone know when client reminders are sent? Is it timed from when the ticket was set to that status type? Does it matter that the priority type due time is also set to 24 hours?
