Needing some help again.......
I am trying to configure my WHD to create tickets when certain scenarios in NPM happen. I have read and tried to do this a few ways and dont think i am managing to make it do what i want....
Basically, when a Node/VM/Physical Server goes down which is managed by my Solarwinds NPM, I want it to generate a SD ticket which we can look at this and deal with. I have been trying to get this to work a couple of ways but as i am a NPM Noob i dont think i am getting anywhere fast.
All I can find for trigger actions etc is for it to write it to the log or send an email not to generate a SD ticket. Is this something i also have to create.
