We are currently trialing SolarWinds Web Help Desk within our organisation and we have identified that WHD does little does not quite support our reporting and billing requirements, costs of settling labour and materials used:
Lab billing per ticket requirements (multiple techs and tasks in a single report)
Lab billing per client requirements (multiple client tickets/tasks)
Lab billing per project requirements (multiple clients/tickets/tasks)
Is anyone aware of any available solutions (3rd party or otherwise) that can be integrated with WHD for enhanced reporting?
Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
