SAM Configure IIS Server Error

Hello,

may you help me? I try to used SAM and configure to monitoring IIS Server, but I have some problems as the picture below

windows test credential tested successfully, but when try to configure server error username&password

the SW server is same segment with IIS server and no blocking firewall, user that I used is local administrator

anybody can help me to fix it?

What rights do the credential have on the IIS server?

yes.. I have tried that script.. the result is configuration failed..
but my solarwinds server is 1 segment with IIS server, and there is no firewall..
so how next?
