    dameware remote access


      The team is currently testing Centralized deployment of
      Dameware with the trial downloads. However, we are not able to get the remote
      support console to ask permission to end user. It forces the remote session and
      this is against our policy. Please help us find a resolution to this issue. This
      is the only obstacle left to solve before we can completely be sure of going
      for the Dameware support solution.
