Interface Bandwidth Utilization over the threshold state history (occurrences and for how long it lasted each time)

Hello all

Looking for a way to create Historical Interface Bandwidth Utilization Report as follows:

- receive OR transmit bandwidth over the threshold

- number of occurrences

- for how long each one lasted

(for specific selection of interfaces via the custom property and during the business hours)

Is there anything like it that already exists and could be used as a template?
