Unable to locate assembly file (DiscoveryPlugin.dll)

During an upgrade, I received this error. Since then, I can no longer do any LAN discoveries for new boxes. I have searched around inside of the filesystem, but I have been unable to locate anything. Any ideas on how to resolve this?
