Is there a way to get Asset Inventory to collect additional information.
I'm constantly requested for information from our server estate and have to create components in order to collect this information.
For example in order to get the WSUS target group from a server i've created a component that checks the value of HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate\TargetGroup and writes it as a statistic.
It would be brilliant if I could get the Asset Inventory to do this type of thing for me and add it to the existing Asset Inventory page for that node, that way it could be reported on along with other collected values.
