Running NPM 12.1 on TLS 1.2 only

Can someone share knowledge disabling TLS1.0 and 1.1 for NPM 12.1? It seem that the web interface is not functioning after disabling in the server.

I'm struggling to find the document mentioning it but I recall reading that using tls 1.2 only is only supported in the lastest versions of npm and sam, You might give support a call to confirm.

I'm not sure why NPM or SAM should care. Seems to me this is more of an OS issue. If your SolarWinds infrastructure is installed on Windows 2008 R2 or better, you should be able to apply any and all recommended security/encryption remedies (e.g. protocol, hash, cipher suites, key exchange algorithms, etc.). Then your only issue might be client connections to the web console. With Windows, TLS 1.2 is supported on Windows 7 and above ( it may be necessary on Windows 7 to manually enable TLS 1.2 in the registry).

I would say no. Whatever protocol is used would have to be enabled on both ends.
