Syslog Server is Unable to Capture Logs

Hi Team,

We have newly installed Kiwi Syslog Server (Version 9.6) on or environment.
Earlier it was working properly but now after some days, no logs are reported on that.
I have reinstalled it but still not working.
Need urgent help regarding this.

Are you seeing any errors in your errorlog.txt file?
