Config Change Report

I have a daily config change report configured for NCM.

However, we observed that the "before" and "after" dates are the same date with a difference of one minute.

Any idea why?

We also observed that the "before" is looking at the running-config whereas the "after" is looking at the startup-config.

Any idea why?

When you set up the NCM config backup jobs you can define what it is comparing to, normally it should be "last downloaded config of the same type" but I expect you will find it has something else selected on yours.
