      3. Which SolarWinds product are you writing this review for? SAM
      4. What problem were you trying to solve when you purchased? I'm a server guy and wanted to have complete visibility on all running processes and services in my boxes and have the ability to act and re-mediate any initial issues before they get out of hand.
      5. Did you consider options other than SolarWinds? Who? No
      6. How are you using the product and what benefits have you seen? I have trained my Helpdesk team on how to use and monitor servers using SAM. With SAM, I can setup thresholds for CPU/Memory and even disk space that suits my needs so they know when to call and not to call me during off hours (I'm on call obviously).Also, services that suddenly stopped can be restarted using SAM automatically, cool huh? And lots and lots of other features that simply makes my job easier. Good stuff Solarwinds!
