abhivish11 I know we are in a EOC forum but just wanted to validate here that you are trying to accomplish this in the Enterprise Operations Console? Are you working with EOC 1.6.3 or are you running the RC of EOC 2.0?

Great - glad I clarified. I moved this thread to the Network Performance Monitor forum but let me see if I can give you something to get you started. What I might do however may depend on how many stores, and how many devices are at each store. Can you provide a bit more context and the use case the customer needs this for?

I believe you will want to make use of groups here.
Make a group called Store A. Inside it, make a group called Store A Routers. Inside the Routers group, make a group called Store A Up and another group called Store A Down. Make group membership for each dynamic leveraging custom properties. Repeat for Store B, Store C, etc. There is some up-front investment in time for group creation, but going forward you can affect membership status by modifying the custom property used for evaluating group membership.
Info here
(for the link below, just disregard the account limitation aspect and focus on group membership): https://support.solarwinds.com/Success_Center/Network_Performance_Monitor_(NPM)/Create_an_account_limitation_using_dynamic_groups

1 of 1 people found this helpfulabhivish11 - I apologize for the wait. d09h suggestions are good options, and something I would suggest looking into, however I do have another option. It would actually involve the new Enterprise Operations Console 2.0. You had originally posted in that forum and had mentioned you have a single site, but I think the functionality of EOC might provide you with the type of dashboard you are looking for.
This article gives a good breakdown of EOC WHAT IS THE ENTERPRISE OPERATIONS CONSOLE (EOC) & HOW DOES IT WORK? 2.0!!
Here is a screenshot that I mocked up with your scenario in mind. I used "site" as a custom property but imagine leveraging "store" as you previously mentioned.
EOC 2.0 provides Environment Summary Tiles which quickly aggregate status, entity counts, and excessive alerts. The console provides a ton more features but a user or your client would be able to drill down to investigate further, run searches for entities, perform analysis with PerfStack, etc...

Great! It would be awesome to see some of the example dashboards you created if possible. Might be useful to others in the future.
