Display server health in NOC View or in Group View

I currently have a resource displaying the following server information.

If I hover my mouse of an object the following pop up comes up. I have 5 servers I'd like for this information to always be displayed in the NOC/Group view and not just when I hover my mouse. Is there another resource I can use to display each of the servers Memory, cpu and HDD usage?
