Step Request alert

I have created Step request alert and on the trigger action, I am not able to get the variables of Transaction Custom Properties with "Text" format that I have created and I only see the Transaction Custom Property with Boolean format (Yes/No).

Does anyone here also encountered the same issue? How you resolved this? Thanks!

    I have had no issue with displaying text wpm custom properties except for one thing which seems to be a huge delay in the variable being displayed in the insert variables section, provided you have set the custom property up correctly by including in the drop down at the last screen of the setup. It usually will appear eventually.
