    Having a self service terminal running a touch friendly WHD portal


      On our helpdesk we often find times where we have numerous clients waiting for help. A lot of our time is spent creating tickets to document the issue and often these will be written down and then typed up later due to time constraints.


      We are wanting to have a touchscreen terminal (a re purposed POS system running Windows) where clients could fill out part of a ticket which would then be edited by us and save time. Think of like when you go to a motor registry and fill out a few questions on a touchscreen and then get given a printed ticket with a number (except in our case we wouldn't be needing a ticket printed out).


      Has anyone had any success with implementing something similar to this?
