Are syslog alerts configurable from Web Console?

I do not have direct access to the Server where NCM and NPM are installed.

My only access is through the web console. I need to set up some syslog alerts so that we receive an email when certain messages are received. I am not seeing a way to do this in the web console. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

If it's not possible to do it this way, can anyone give advice on creating an alert that is triggered when a MAB-5-FAIL event is detected?

As far as I know it is not accessible from the web console.

Syslog alerts are still set up on the server where NPM is installed. No web front end yet.
