Where does your Location Information come from, are you Sync with Asset Discovery from another tool, maybe attribute mapping at play here which can be switched off?
Sorry - I forgot all about this question I posted. Kinda embarrassed here TBH.
Anyway, the problem is still happening. In my AD/LDAP Connections tab under Attribute Mappings, I have the following listed: Location Attribute: physicalDeliveryOfficeName
The Add any new Locations box is NOT checked. However, I now have 451 locations. I have only manually created 6. So any idea on how/why the system has auto-created 445 locations - all IP addresses??
When I search for tickets and use the IP addresses as search criteria, I get 0 returns..?
