    Not seeing SRM 6.4 Hotfix 2 in my support portal

      Good Morning SRM team,

       

      Can you please verify on your backend, not seeing SRM 6.4 Hotfix 2 available in my support portal, only see HF1 in the archived hotfixes section.

          SolarWinds SRM Orion Module 6.4.0 Hotfix 2 Installation Notes

          =============================================================

           

           

          This hotfix adresses the following issues:

           

           

          * "Out of Memory" issue when performing Default job for VMAX 40K based arrays

          * Failures in Default job for IBM SVC based arrays that uses provider v7.8.0.0 and above

          * Enrollment Wizard contains separate options for VMAX3 and VMAX Flash now

          * VMAX3 template were updated to be used for polling VMAX450F based arrays

           

           

          This hotfix also includes fixes that were shipped with Hotfix 1:

           

           

          * SWIS error when ordering by Storage Pool on "Luns by Performance" resource

          * Improves SQWL query for 'Latency Performance Across NAS Volumes' resource

          * Fixes a bug when data can't be loaded on 'Manage Storage Objects' page in case of large amount of arrays and providers

          * Improves SQWL query for 'NAS Volumes by Performance' resource

          * Fixes a bug when IBM XIV Topology job gives emty results without indicating any error

          * Fixes a bug with recognizing a VNX2 device firmware Version during polling

          * SRM can properly retrieve Isilon v8 disks information via SNMP now

          * Updated log4net configurations in order to remove old environmental variable

          * Fixes an "Out of Memory Exception" in SRM Poller when logging in Verbose mode

          Requirements

          ============

          SolarWinds SRM Orion Version 6.4.0

           

           

           

           

          Polling servers and additional websites

          =======================================

          This hotfix must be installed on the main Orion server, all additional SRM polling servers, and any additional websites. Repeat the steps below for all your pollers and websites.

           

           

           

           

          Installing the hotfix

          =====================

          1. Use an Administrator account to log in to the server that hosts your SolarWinds Orion installation.

          2. Run the Orion Service Manager, click Shutdown Everything, and close the Orion Service Manager.

          3. Run the SolarWinds-SRM-v6.4-HF2.msp file, and follow the instructions in the installation wizard.

          4. Complete the Configuration Wizard.

             If the wizard does not launch automatically, start it in the SolarWinds Orion program folder (SolarWinds Orion > Configuration and Auto-Discovery > Configuration Wizard).

           

           

          Install the hotfix with SolarWinds High Availability

          ====================================================

          Use these intructions to install the hotfix with SolarWinds HA.

           

           

          Important: The HA pool must be disabled to begin installation. If you install prior to disabling, the pool is automatically disabled.

           

           

          1. In the Orion Web Console, click Settings > All Settings > High Availability Deployment Summary.

          2. Select the pool you want to disable.

          3. Toggle High Availability to Off.

          4. Install the hotfix on the primary server in the pool as described above.

          5. Repeat to install the hotfix on any additional SRM polling servers, and any additional websites.

          6. In the Orion Web Console, click Settings > All Settings > High Availability Deployment Summary.

          7. Select the pool to enable, and toggle High Availability to On.

           

           

          The Orion Web Console verifies all SolarWinds product versions match across the HA pair before enabling. If you receive errors, check your product versions.

           

           

          You may need to recreate the HA pool. For details, see Set up an HA pool: http://www.solarwinds.com/documentation/kbloader.aspx?kb=MT69712

            

           

           

          Uninstall the hotfix

          =======================

          1. Use an Administrator account to log in to the server that hosts your Storage Resource Monitor installation.

          2. Run the Orion Service Manager, click Shutdown Everything, and close the Orion Service Manager.

          3. Navigate to Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features > View installed updates.

          4. Right-click Update for SolarWinds Orion Storage Resource Monitor 6.4 (HF2), select Uninstall, and complete the uninstallation.

          5. Complete the Configuration Wizard.

             If the wizard is not launched automatically, start it in the SolarWinds Orion program folder (SolarWinds Orion > Configuration and Auto-Discovery > Configuration Wizard).
