Has anyone noticed that when monitoring Hyper-V hosts the CPU usage is only the (root)/parent partition CPU usage? What have you done to monitor the physical CPU utilization?

Do you just ignore the AVG CPU counters for your Hyper-V hosts knowing the actual hardware could be much much busier?
