Pooling information only at working time

Hello all!

I try to find a solution to make monitoring system pool data in statistic only at working time.

Example of what i try to do/find:

We have a service that we monitor, and it's down, but this happen outside of working hours, event about this problem at service must not be included in statistic. So i need to monitor this service only from 9 am to 12 pm.

Is there any way to make this?
