Performance Counter to monitor Servers in Azure

Can anyone help me WHAT ARE THE COMPONENT REQUIREMENTS TO BUILD A MONITORING TEMPLATE for ALWAYS ON AVAILABILITY GROUPS FOR SQL SERVER in Azure. And i am also looking on REQUIREMENTS TO BE FOLLOWED FOR IDENTIFYING DATABASE MONITORING IN CLOUD.
